"Only small thing is the jacuzzi was wood fired and they needed 6 hours notice if you wanted to use it and felt there was a bit of reluctance around asking to use it."

We ate an evening meal: the service was very slow, the food was mediocre and many items listed on the online menu were no longer available. Even the menu in the room had items that were not available. Otherwise, the hotel and spa were excellent. "
