「Lobby area was nice enough, but hallways and other common areas were aged. Room was clean and comfortable as far as air conditioning, but severely outdated and needed a facelift, really the whole place aside from the lobby area does. Tub was cracked, sink was cracked, armchair in the room was worn. Shower barely had enough water pressure to make it out of the showerhead. 「On the good side, as usual, these hotels are always clean and the beds very comfortable. Breakfast was good. My dislikes were that the ice machine on the second and third floor were not working. The bathroom chair was broken and left outside the tub. They were not helpful in guiding us to amenities in Knoxville. 」

「My room was clean, I did find a piece of hair on my sheets. When I greeted by the staff when I checked in she was wonderful. They showed concerned that I did not have air condition in my room. Although I could not change rooms and the air was never completed fixed the entire time I was there. Being in a room by the highway was awful as well. 「Was a good stop for us, would stay again if ever in the area 」

「Staff are friendly. The guests also seemed happy and the atmosphere at the hotel was pleasant. The room was very clean. I loved that it was pet friendly and there are bins outside the hotel to dispose dog waste. The free breakfast is a plus and you get the basics. Only downside was that the pillows were flat. Otherwise, it was a very comfortable stay and I would do it again!」

「Its a very nice, clean and spacious room. The counter is friendly too. I made a fool of myslef, when I swipe the door key card and pulled the handle down. It didn't open the door. Went down to the friendly counter, then finds out, instead of pulling dow , you need to pull up the handle to open the door. It is a interesting way of opening door.」
