「This is the best hotel we have stayed in, clean and comfortable」

「The property is old and outdated. The pool and hot tub was not cleaned. There was hair and dead skin in the hot tub. We were there 4 days and 3 nights and through the stay, we never received housekeeping. I also smelled marijuana in the elevators. It should be a smoke free hotel and it doesn’t seem to be.」

「More flexibility for canceling especially during power outrages in the community. We had to get a room because of the storm not sure of when the lights would be back on. They were on a day ahead of time but they wouldn't refund the extra day because I booked through Expedia. I reached out to Expedia and they said speak with property manager which I did and this because a pass the buck problem....needless to say we just kept our card key for the 2 rooms and went home an returned the keys the next...

「The hotel was rather rundown. Customer service was lacking from the clerk at check in. She was more interested in her text conversation. Our room was fairly clean and the bed was comfortable. But the window shade was broken, the kitchen sink water would not get cold, there was unidentifiable smears on the bathroom wallpaper, the breakfast was underwhelming. 「Originally was supposed to stay at another hotel but due to the power outage we had to find something else. I called the property and John who worked the front desk was very accommodating. He understood the issue and was okay with my family checking in early he let us know the room wouldn’t be ready for 40 minutes so housekeeping could finish cleaning. When we arrived check in was easy and simple. When we got to our room the room was spacious and to a normal eye everything looked okay. I checked...

「For the price, the hotel was not worth it. The breakfast was not good and cold if you didn’t get it by 6AM. The carpets were very dirty and the pool was completely cloudy, so my kids did not even get in. I would not recommend this place.」
