the hotel is dated but staff was very friendly and the room was clean, a little over powered with freshner but beds comfortable and it was quiet. Priced fairly! i would stay again, some areas of room could have some fresh paint but overall the shower seemed new and again all was very clean.
There were bed bugs in the room and the lock was broken on the door. Toilets did not flush. Dirty place. Not safe at all. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I would not stay there if it was free. CRUSTY!!!!
Dirty, needs repairs, my door bar lock was broken, fridge was rusty, breakast not good, parking lot was filled with trash and liquor bottles. I had a roach in my room but that could have been brought in by customers so i cant blame Comfort Inn. I always go to Comfort Inns.. i will not be back.
Arrive late to checkin was there on business. Not a good look to see roaches in the bathroom and crawling up the wall in the room itself I left. Took pictures and sent them in hotel would not give refund. Not a good look I stayed because the pictures looked nice as far as the room and I used to work for Comfort Suites.

Check in was decent. Plenty of places to eat, stores not too far and downtown easy access. It was hot when I traveled with my family so everything was under maintenance (pool). The hallways had no AC. The elevator was hot as well, doors opened before it stopped and it felt like it wasn’t moving (didn’t know what floor you were on). No Internet (Had a sign saying No Refund because Internet was out) so use up Hotspot within 24 hours. Ice Machine is on second floor (Not one staff member told me found it because another patron told me). Bathroom door was swollen and needed to be replaced doesn’t shut have to lift or slam it shut.

The hotel is an extended care for people that is in need of housing. The people that stay there are people that looks like they are on drugs and homeless. I rented two rooms. One was good. The rooms were decent as being clean. The 1st room they gave me it had no heat and no toilet tissue in the room. I called to request if someone can come up to the room to try and get the heat on, no one came. I went downstairs to the desk to find out the problem. Upon standing at the desk for about 15 minutes while the night manager was on the phone, ignoring my presence, I tapped on the window to ask if I can get some assistance. He told me he was on the phone. I just asked if I can another room. He gives me a room on the other side of the 4th fl where the extended people rooms stayed. I got no sleep. These people stayed up all night. Running thru the hallway and talking loud. They do have roaches. One was in my room, I killed it. The breakfast was not good. People were grabbing muffins with thier uncleanly hands. The day time manager was nice. Hotels.com should remove this hotel off thier list or list it right as an extended stay hotel. I will never stay there again or suggest anyone to stay at this hotel. I am from out of town and I was looking for a hotel close to the an event I was invited to for a day. I survived the stay. It was a rough night. I wish I could get my money back. Not a happy customer.

The room was clean but we had roaches. The phone did not work, shower was backwards(hot water was cold and cold was hot. Air conditioner did not function properly(clogged on one side with dust-dirt). The whole property smelled of weed. Breakfast buffet was limited, not too many choices.
Staff was very polite and accommodating. The price paid was good. Told them about roaches when we checked in and that happened was she sprayed what smelled like a cleaning/ air freshener in room. Was not pleased at all and would not recommend Comfort Inn in Towson at all.
This property needs serious work, elevators extremely slow, one was not functioning properly and sometimes you would have to walk up the stairs to catch it to the upper floors. Wi-fi spotty at best. Some areasof hotel smelled like Marijuana and the other hslf smelled like cigarette smoke. Rooms had no guide channels. Cleaning staff left a 1/25 roll of toilet paper instead of replacing the roll. The one good thing I did like was it was close to the area I had to be at.They need more luggage carriers and replace tires on the 2 that they do have.

No water in vending machines for days, front desk person had customers waiting at the desk for check in. He says I just lit my cigarette I’ll be right there while they waited. No bows of tissue. But I will say one housekeeper was very good and very friendly:)
First room, I woke up the next day with bed bug bites all over me. Then they put us to a different room because they said there are bed bugs on the bed. 2nd room, there’s a mouse in the room!
