「Honestly we cannot fault our stay in any way at all. It all starts with the reception desk staff and they were found to be incredibly helpful and ever so friendly. I cannot recall their names but both the young man and young lady were awesome. The room itself was also fantastic. Plenty of space to move around. A really comfortable large bed with a pillow menu also available. The bathroom was also faultless with one of the best tropical showers I have ever used. We asked for a quiet room and...

「It's a modern design hotel, with everything you need. Super comfortable bed, fast wifi. Service is great, helpful. Free mini bar. There isn't gym, but in less than 5 min you have the big park for jog. It's even better sports outside with view to enjoy. Many restaurants by walking distance. Sight seeing also close by walk. A hotel must try, won't regret!」

「Wow, what a fantastic hotel. Centrally located and so easy to reach everything. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and greeted us by name whenever we returned from being out. The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was a large buffet spread and was available until 12 - very civilised! There was even free, and very good, coffee available at all times in the reception area. Don’t even think about it - just book this hotel!」

「作为年过六旬的老人，这是我们第一次大胆尝试到国外自助游（注：在巴塞罗那和马德里有好友接应）。这家酒店是我们出国长途旅行中所住的第一家酒店，酒店位置就在陶瓷宫附近，从酒店到其他景点都十分方便，酒店的客房也非常干净整洁。最让我们印象深刻的是接待我们的女士十分活泼、友好和热情。面对我们语言不通的两位外国老人，她给予了十分的耐心和关照，主动给我们提供旅游地图，并帮我们在地图上找到去景点的路线。我们之间首次尝试了通过手机的谷歌语音翻译软件进行交流，当误操作出现了翻译上的笑话时，我们都非常开心......。离开酒店时，我们一起高兴的合了影。正是因为她的热情接待使我们对日后在西班牙的旅行和住宿建立了信心，也对西班牙的旅游环境充满了好感，在此我们非常感怀这第一次住宿的霍斯特霍娒酒店，和这位热情友好的女士！」

「Very clean room and a comforting stay! The hotel is situated perfectly and is close to everything! We had a room with a balcony, and it’s nice to sit there in the morning and watch the world go by! It’s a bit noisy early morning but we didn’t mind. It acted as an alarm clock for us to wake up and make the most of the day! The reception and cleaning staff were all very friendly and professional ! All in all a convenient and budget friendly hotel if you want to explore Valencia! 」
