"At first sight I thought the room was nice and as advertised. Nonetheless, we found two cockroaches in the room, our pillows were old and formless, the bathroom sink's handle came out of its hinges, the showerhead was defective and did not offer a comfortable spread of water and finally they had a scheduled construction right next to our room window and while having other rooms available, failed to inform us and give us a chance to move. "We had a wonderful stay at The Condado Plaza Hotel. The location is fantastic and the staff is incredibly welcoming. At check-in, we experienced an issue with our room, but Daisy at the front desk and the manager, Jose, handled it promptly and made sure we were completely taken care of. The grounds are beautiful and very kid-friendly, which made our stay even more enjoyable."
