「It is a nice hotel with good service. Whenever I requested for help / service, their staff will come within few minutes. Excellent location as well」

「Everything is good but hotel located in pedestrian zone so it's inconvenient to carry luggages in and out bcz car can't park in front of hotel door. You have to move your luggages by walking from abt 10-15 mins distance. All the communication exchange by whatsapp ( robot ) , some situations is hard to explain bcz robot can't get it 100% 」

「 La hospedamos con nuestros perros desde el primer momento lo pusieron muy fácil para quedarnos con ellos. Personal de desayuno muy amables todos, sobre todo una chica alta rubia (olvide su nombre), al igual que las 2 personas que nos dieron check in 」
