「Excelente hotel! Habitaciones cómodas y confortables. Muy limpio y sin ruidos externos. El personal del lobby muy amable y nos sentimos bienvenidos siempre. Especial mención a Sr Francisco en el Bar. Oswaldo en el restaurante y Hector en la puerta hicieron nuestra estancia muy agradable. Recomiendo este Hotel para una estancia tranquila y centrica. Todo queda cerca. Gracias y probablemente volveremos. 」

「Excelente ubicación, excelente hotel, limpieza y su trato excelente esperemos que nunca lo dejen caer.....」

「The hotel is nice, clean, quiet, we got the room on the 4th floor and comfortable. The only complain I have is that there’s no warm or hot water in the shower. Not sure why, because there’s warm water in the bathroom sink. 」

「I like this hotel. I will stay here again next time i visit GDL. it was clean, have everything i needed. It was close to a lot of restaurants and attractions. Staffs were nice and helpful. I'm glad my reservation wasn't able to be cancelled lol. 」
