「我定的是高尔夫景观房，当初是最贵的一个，结果拿到的房间在3楼，什么都看不到，楼层巨矮，并且根本没人什么高尔夫景观，在很偏的一个楼，里面的餐厅也很一般，总是不是什么很好的体验。」

「第一天到的時候不知道是人很多還是什麼房間沒有浴巾請他們拿打了兩次電話隔天去吃早餐的時候服務態度很差我們的樓層發出臭味也告知他們請他們來處理也很慢要去泳池竟然沒有浴巾請我們等一個小時住宿那麼多次很少碰到這樣」

「Comida excelente, todos los miembros del staff muy atentos. Sobretodo los de área de restaurante. Claudia y Guadalupe siempre con una sonrisa recibiendo a todos los huéspedes desde la hora de desayuno hasta la cena. Los de la alberca bastante relajados, igual muy lindos y las actividades bastante divertidas. Mi esposo y yo nos vamos con muy buena impresión y esperamos regresar pronto. 」

「We had an amazing time. We loved our room and the service throughout the hotel was phenomenal!!!! Best we ever had. In particular, we would like to recognize Jorge Quezada from The Pescador restaurant, and Ernesto from the Pescador bar, for their hard work in providing amazing service. We stayed for a week and got tired of our food options though Changing the menus up more would be helpful. Also, a little more adult entertainment please. We loved the casino night. Overall it was great.」

「Gran Suite is just a one bedroom with kingsize, not really a suite.」

「The elevator only goes up at lobby and won't stop at any level when goes down unless you call the reception and reserve the service 10 minutes before. It takes another 10 minutes if you miss it. The facilities are old but acceptable. The lobby is crowed and not clean. I don't get why it is a four star hotel. Anyway, I won't come back again and recommend it either.」
