Room was excellent - really clean and spacious with the fridge helping to store things cold. Staff were really helpful, and I enjoyed the Sports Bar to catch up on the NFL at the weekend after a work trip. Would definitely use again
Everyone was friendly and very accommodating. This is one of the best hotels in Acapulco, The cabanas are a big plus. We had an incident in the room and the property manager excused the incident. I would, without a doubt, return to this property.
The property was located on the beach. The main areas such as the lobby, restaurants and pools were all well maintained. The property had a total of 3 pools with various depths.
The staff were mostly helpful and attentive. Nothing particularly stood out from their service.
Considering the state of Acapulco this property was one of the best maintained in this part of the city.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Loved the balcony view! The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The room was nice and clean!
Loves the easy and private access to the beach. Location is perfect for dinning and shopping. Safe and quiet far enough from noise but close enough to walk everywhere.
The hotel was gorgeous, great views, nice pool, the staff was friendly and very helpful.
The only problem is that when we tried to check in they tried to sell us a timeshare…
I love everything about this hotel. It is very clean, the staff are very friendly and eager to assist with anything that you may need. Would not consider staying anywhere else in Acapulco
The hotel is a large, beautiful, and brand-newly renovated property. Our room was amazing, with plenty of options for relaxing by the pool. However, the beach access was extremely disappointing. The beach area is very small and right next to a jet-ski rental, so we felt crowded and unsafe. The locals, especially those trying to do business by bringing outside visitors, were extremely rude, messy, and even aggressive. These vendors were bringing in guests from outside, setting up tables in front of us, blasting music, and leaving trash everywhere. Despite repeatedly complaining to the hotel lobby and security, we received no support. Although the manager responded to my review saying they would improve this, I can’t recommend this hotel—especially for international tourists—because the beach experience was not relaxing or enjoyable at all.
Hotel fiesta Americano is a beautiful hotel. I have stayed there many times before hurricane Otis and this was the first time after the remodel is beautiful the rooms and the beds. Everything was wonderful but a couple things that were not good: The chairs down by the pools were taken nearly every day by people saving them with towels very early and not actually showing up to use them until later in the afternoon- I know this happens at a lot of resorts but I really wish hotels would not allow this. One other thing I really dislike is how they send you to the timeshare folks as part of checkin process. They try to get you to make an appt to buy a timeshare - our lady was fine with us saying no and not pushy but why do I even have to go through this when I am just there as a paying hotel guest? Please stop doing this. Aside from those 2 fairly minor complaints the hotel is clean, beautiful and in the perfect location with each room having an ocean view. Pools are gorgeous! Beach is nice right in front of hotel. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.
