「Apartment complex was lovely, basic, needs a little TLC in some areas but this did not ruin our stay. Cleaners and workers always on the go, busy and very polite. Cafe/Bar next to the pool was ideal and good value for money.」

「Perfect holiday stay」

「Chambre bien équipée et agréable. L’hôtel est accueillant et bien situé. Bons équipements de la salle de sport avec sona et hammam. Manque un peu d’activité dans l’après midi et les piscines extérieures ne sont pas chauffées.」

「Apartments are spacious and well appointed. Newly refurbished bathrooms were great and everything was very clean. Dishwasher and washing machine so useful. Loved the private outdoor space and comfortable loungers and chairs. Pools were heated and large. Pool bar was friendly. We loved it!」

「The only negative was house keeping, they didn’t leave towels or top up any of the tea/coffee/milk in the rooms and they sisnt give you a ticket to get out of the car parks as it was free to park in the adults only royal level 」

The restaurant el Vulcan was amazing! We visited the spa also, another fantastic experience. Thank you to all the staff for an amazing hospitality- it was second to none. 「Great hotel. Very well located near the marina restaurants. Staff were lovely, always smiling and going out of their war to help. We went "preferred" which gave us access to a minibar with beer, soft drinks and crisps while also had access to a snack room with sandwiches and other snacks - this was great value for money. Rooms were a good size, shower was superb and lovely pool area. We would def come here again.」
