"Had a ground floor preferrred club pool view room with large balcony. Nice size room, large tv and good aircon. Mini bar restocked every day free of charge was a nice touch Staff all very friendly, good variety of food at breakfast and dinner and entertainment decent. 5 minute walk to beach, restaurants and bars. Dont think you could do much better for the money Had a great holiday "

"We’ve just returned from a 7-night stay at Secrets Lanzarote Resort & Spa and it was an absolutely fantastic experience. The hotel itself is beautiful, peaceful, and perfectly suited for a relaxing getaway. As a vegan couple, we were especially pleased to find dedicated vegan menu options, which made dining easy and enjoyable throughout our stay. Puerto Calero, just nearby, is a lovely marina area with great scenery and a calm atmosphere — perfect for a stroll or a sunset drink. We did have a small room service issue during our stay, but once we raised it, the team handled it promptly and professionally. Being an adults-only resort makes it ideal for couples looking to unwind, and the nightly shows provide great entertainment without disrupting the tranquil atmosphere. We would definitely recommend Secrets Lanzarote Resort & Spa for couples seeking relaxation, great service, and a memorable stay."

"This hotel is absolutely lovely. Amazing rooms, staff are super friendly. Everywhere is spotlessly clean. The location is great and the promenade is the perfect place to take a stroll into the marina and beyond. We will 100% be returning. Thank you Mirador x"

"Great location. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Room is spotlessly clean and comfortable. It was ideal for a short stay of 5nts but if I were staying longer I would request a room on first floor as mine was next to the pool and entrance which had no privacy. I was forced to keep the curtains closed in the daytime if I was in the room. I would have preferred to let the natural light in but it was not too great a problem as I was out most days."

"On arriving, our room had a small flood (leaking from the boiler) However, the staff were very good, and put us in another room. The very next day they had replaced the boiler with a new one and we were back in our original room. The rooms were very clean, tidy, and very spacious, and situated in a way that every apartment had its own privacy space. Staff very helpful. Bus stop directly outside that ran every 30 minutes to the centre of Playa Blanca and was only €1.40."

"Caybeach Sun is fine, but I don't think we'll be back. To start our trip we were told that the two apartments that we booked for our family would be at opposite ends of the resort - even though they were booked in the same booking on hotels.com... This was frustrating and the staff seemed to have no interest in helping or attempting to rectify it so we just had to live with it. When we got to our apartment we found that the fridge had spilled orange juice in the bottom, which made us doubt exactly how clean the rest of the place was. Although the sheets did appear clean and the cleaning staff were friendly. All in all the resort is a little shabby. It's clearly an older resort that has been bought and rebranded as there are hints everywhere to the old name and logo. Appliances are old, showers were corroding in both apartments, our shower tray leaked onto the floor. A number of the pool loungers were broken so the back couldn't prop up. All in all, the resort was fine for sleeping and reasonably comfortable, just don't expect anything special. Oh and if you like privacy maybe avoid this one, a significant number of the apartments 'balconies' are just open at the front and have paths that run right next to them so you'll have people walking past as you try to relax and looking in your windows if you have the curtains open. "

"The staff were excellent. The room was spotless. We had a heavy downpour on or first night which caused a slight issue with our room. The following morning I reported this to reception and she told me she would send up a maintenance man to have a look. Within 15 mins the man arrived and said we will change your room. He left and five mins later reception rang to say they were changing our room.I have to give the staff at reception 10/10 for such a prompt response. caused a slight issue in the room. The next morning I reported ."
