The room was very clean, the staff provided excellent service. The beach had a lot of sargassum but they did their best to clean it up. However I was disappointed in the view from my room. I paid for a junior suite ocean view king. But I DID NOT have ocean view.

The hotel is nice, but I wouldn’t visit again. The bungalows are dated and the water below is murky and filled with seaweed. We couldn’t use the beach, because of the seaweed.
