「I had no faults at all with the hotel. My only concern was during late hours needing a key card to access the property. My card was a bit hit and miss.」

「Emailed numerous times prior to arrival but got no response. On arrival at the accommodation I was greeted with numerous bags of rubbish outside my apartment, which never got moved for 3 days. The water in the apartment wasn’t running I got advised from to use my families room who had 4 people in it. With very little running water. To use the shower you had to hold the shower head as the clip to at held the shower head in was very loose… No air conditioning in my room, but know some other ones...
