「La atención del personal fue muy buena. Hicimos el check in tarde a la noche y Felipe fue muy amable en todo el proceso. La vista del lugar es INCREÍBLE, parece que uno está dentro del lago Nahuel Huapi. A mejorar: las almohadas un poco escuálidas y las camas un poco duras. Igual lo volvería a elegir para una noche de paso por Bariloche como fue nuestro caso.」

「Rooms at the back of the hotel can hear the warning alarm go off when the underground parking gate opens. Staff were understanding and moved me to a room at the front of the hotel. I sensed that they were aware of the issue. Rooms were comfortable but i would pay more for a quieter hotel」

「The views were incredible, and the room was clean. Unfortunately, the windows were broken and so couldn’t be opened to appreciate the waves and breeze. The toilet ran continuously, the elevator was heard throughout the corridor, and there were no additional hotel amenities. 」
