「One one staff member for the shuttle and check in. Waited too long to check in. Got the keys only to find out the room was not cleaned. Terrible experience.」

「No fridge, horrible wifi and to top it all off BED BUGS in both rooms. I stayed in the first one for 1 night and saw them in the morning and asked for another room.」

「Bathroom was not well cleaned there was hair and dirt on the floor. We also requested extra towels on the second morning of our stay and did not receive them.」

「The hotel advertises a nice pool but it wasn't available and it seems it wasn't for a very long time. They never clean the room when I was there. The A/C works well, it was a very hot weekend. The staff were nice Indian people.」

「This place wants you to check in with a kiosk instead of the person behind the desk. The kiosk has you doing essentially a video call with someone at another location for check in. It is time consuming and the communication is bad. Very bad experience. Breakfast options were a bowl of cereal or toast. Bare bones and not really worth coming downstairs for.」
