「The hotel staff were exceptionally welcoming and attentive throughout our stay. While the rooms themselves were quite pleasant and well-maintained, the buffet offerings were unfortunately below our expectations. We also found the path to the beach to be unclear and somewhat difficult to navigate. Despite these minor drawbacks, the kindness of the staff made for a generally positive experience. We hope future guests will find the directions to the beach more straightforward.」

「If we had been informed when booking of the extension to the Hotel we would not have booked as noisy and spoilt the relaxing holiday in this ‘ Luxury resort’ as it’s marketed . It will be lovely when finished but we paid the price .」

「Wir reisen wirklich sehr viel aber diese Unterkunft ist eine der besten, die wir in den vergangenen Jahren gesehen haben. Alle Bereiche sind super sauber und hochwertig gestaltet. Die Dachterrasse und der obere Pool sind ein Traum. Der Strand beginnt direkt außerhalb des Hotelgeländes. In der Straße des Hotels gibt es auch ein echt tolles Restaurant. Klare Empfehlung!」

「Our room wasn’t clean the day we checked in and never seemed to get a full clean the entire time we were there. (Garbage and dust bunnies in the corners of the room, no wipe downs of sink counter etc)」

「Staff is very friendly but they did not fix issues when requested, shower wouldn’t drain, wasn’t repaired for the week we were there. Water not potable but no bottled water provided on arrival. Breakfast ok but don’t waste your money on the dinner - just awful. Nice beach a few steps away.」

「Die Herzlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft im Haus sind super. Bei der Auswahl und Reservierung von Restaurants im Ort bzw. in der Umgebung wurde sehr hilfsbereit Unterstützung angeboten. Auch die Empfehlungen für Aktivitäten in der Umgebung waren super hilfreich. Das Frühstück auf dem Zimmer kann ich nur empfehlen. Immer wieder gerne.」

「On a adoré notre séjour. Le repas dans les restaurants étaient variés et très bons. L’équipe attentionnée et efficace parle français et d’autres langues parfaitement. Les chambres 4700 sont au fond et plus calmes car loin du club enfants et de l’animation du soir. L’animation du soir est faite par des salariés jeunes, sans intérêt. C’est presqu’un sketch. Plage de sable comme piscine nous avons trouvés des transats à toute heure. Salle de sport propre et complète Piscine intérieure non...
