Poor parking space. Busy street and no pedestrian crossing nearby. Good pool area. Had to buy drinks at dinner. Poor quality of food. No soundproofing in the room doors. All noise comes from the corridors and other rooms.

I would not rate this property 4 stars. The ‘all inclusive’ was very limited. The dining area is very small with only a few choices at meal times. The walk to the beach was unpleasant. The hotel is on a noisy main road. I think the pictures are not a realistic reflection of how the hotel looks

Wir waren Anfang Oktober eine Woche in dem Hotel. Das Hotel ist insgesamt in Ordnung hat aber ein paar MĂ€ngel, die uns gestört haben: Zimmer zur Straßenseite sehr laut. Die Straße ist wirklich stark befahren (auch nachts). Schlafen mit geöffnetem Fenster oder Sitzen auf dem Balkon ist nicht möglich. Zimmer sind ganz geschmackvoll renoviert, allerdings mit MĂ€ngeln und u.E. nicht 4 Sterne Niveau (Kleiderschrank viel zu klein fĂŒr Dreibettzimmer, PlastikkleiderbĂŒgel, Badezimmespiegel fleckig, TĂŒrgriffe lose). Der Service an der Poolbar und abends an der Bar war sehr schlecht (unmotivierter Kellner, der kein Wort sprach, dreckige Plastikbecher am Pool). Man fĂŒhlte sich nicht willkommen, sondern eher störend. Es gibt einen riesigen Unterschied zwischen All-In und HP GĂ€sten was die GetrĂ€nke angeht. Man wird als All-In Gast beim Essen kein 2. Mal nach einem GetrĂ€nk gefragt. Auch von der familiĂ€ren AtmosphĂ€re und der "herzlichen Besitzerin" haben wir nichts gemerkt. Insgesamt scheint das Hotel viele langjĂ€hrige Stammkunden zu haben, die hier anders behandelt werden. Positiv hervorzuheben sind: Rezeptionspersonal Essen (es gab jeden Tag etwas anderes) SpĂ€terer Kellner an der Bar Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub wĂŒrden dieses Hotel aber nicht nochmal buchen.

HÎtel trÚs classe. Cinq minutes de la plage, caution pour les serviettes de plage. Chambre spacieuse et trÚs agréable, à 5 minutes du centre, on peut se garer facilement. Seul bémol le restaurant ce n était pas trÚs bon et le vin rouge je le déconseille.

HÎtel trÚs bien décoré, adapté aux enfants avec 2 piscines. Chambre spacieuse : nous avions une chambre familiale avec vue sur la piscine, au top. Buffet pour le petit-déjeuner et dßner varié et trÚs bien cuisiné. Personnel souriant et à l'écoute. La directrice parle français ce qui est trÚs appréciable. Seul bémol sur les finitions notamment dans la chambre qui ne fait pas 4 étoiles.

Bra hotell

Fint hotell som Ă€ndĂ„ var hyfsat litet o mysigt. Bra pool omrĂ„de o nĂ€ra till havet och en liten stad med mat o nĂ„gra butiker. Bussen gick till Rethymno och kostade 1.2€. Det enda som var lite "negativt" var att det var vĂ€ldigt lyhört frĂ„n korridoren utanför men dĂ„ det endast var ca 10 rum i en korridor sĂ„ funkade det Ă€ndĂ„. Sen kunde man inte ha AC igĂ„ng nĂ€r man inte var i rummet sĂ„ nĂ€r det var dags o sova fick man köra AC under tiden. Fanns sleep mode som var lite tystare men AC satt vid huvudĂ€ndan av sĂ€ngen sĂ„ den blĂ„ste kallt rakt pĂ„ en nĂ€r vi skulle sova. Annars Ă€r vi super nöjda med vĂ„r vistelse. Vi hade inte all inclusive men fanns inte massa alternativ i baren sĂ„ vi Ă€r nöjda med det valet. Finns mĂ„nga bra resturanger i nĂ€rheten med mycket bĂ€ttre mat Ă€n hotellets. Mycket variation pĂ„ frukosten med allt frĂ„n mackor, Ă€gg, pannkakor, yoghurt o flingor, omelett, frukt sĂ„ finns nĂ„got för alla

HĂŽtel trĂšs bien. Tout service sur place. TrĂšs jolis extĂ©rieurs. TrĂšs propre. Seul bĂ©mol c’est qu’à notre Ă©tage il y a eu beaucoup de bruit la premiĂšre nuit des gens qui n’ont pas respectĂ©s. Une porte donnant sur l’extĂ©rieur Ă©tait cassĂ©. Et du coup il y a beaucoup de vent qui s’infiltrait dans le couloir.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer zur Straße, dass war sehr laut. Da hĂ€tten wir gar nicht schlafen können. Zum GlĂŒck haben wir dann in der zweiten Nacht ein Zimmer zum Pool bekommen, dann war es auch noch nicht optimal, aber besser. Die Sauberkeit im Restaurant könnte auch noch verbessert werden. Das Personal im Restaurant und an der Reception war klasse. 👋👋 Sind immer auf Fragen eingegangen .

Great little hotel

My partner and I stayed for one week with our 5yr old son. Hotel was nice, staff all very friendly, smiley and happy to help. Pool was clean, room was clean apart from under beds. A lot of people seem to go all inclusive at this hotel, we went half board. This meant they use cheap soft drinks so you can't get a coca cola for example. Supermarket is very close though. Would be nice to make the pool bar into a bar you can sit at during the day instead of a serving counter as it is at the moment with table and chair seating only. Bar staff and kitchen staff very friendly. 5 minute walk to the beach, not the nicest of beaches but it was ok. Much better beaches around. 1€ per person to get bus into Rethimno. All in all we had a great stay and would recommend. Our only complaint was our bed was like concrete, our sons bed was better so uck of the draw I guess.

Nice boutique hotel - great location - 5 km from Rethymno. Nice rooms, quiet, helpful staff, amazing food offering. Nice pool area. The hotel does not have it's own beach, but it is 7 minutes walk from the property. Highly recommend.

FamiliÀre Hotelanlage

Die Hotelanlage ist zwar deutlich kleiner als auf den Fotos,was aber auch als Vorteil gesehen werden kann.Die Zimmer sind sauber und modern eingerichtet, Klimaanlage funktioniert. Die Lobby ist modern gestaltet, auf den GĂ€ngen und tw in den Zimmern sind immerwieder Rohre-da wird scheinbar noch etwas renoviert. Die Poolanlage ist top und bietet fĂŒr die Anzahl der GĂ€ste ausreichend Liegemöglichkeiten auch im Schatten. Im Garten gibt es außerdem ein Beachvolleyball Netz, Dartscheibe, Riesenschach und einen Tischtennistisch zur freien Benutzung. Der Strand ist ca 5min zu Fuß ĂŒber eine kleine Straße erreichbar. Dort gibt es Liegen zum Mieten, aber auch die Möglichkeit einfach so am Strand zu liegen. Das FrĂŒhstĂŒcksbuffet ist mehr als ausreichend, man kann drinnen oder draußen genug PlĂ€tze finden. Abendessen kann man zb. in einer der 300m entfernten Tavernen oder 5min mit dem Auto entfernt in Rethymnon. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die freundliche Rezeption und die Möglichkeit am Abreisetag kostenfrei einen Umkleideraum incl Dusche benĂŒtzen zu können. Super Service, wenn man nicht voller Sand und Salz im Flieger sitzen möchte!
