「I really loved this hotel! I stayed at the Americinn in Tomah on the way to Ohio and there was mold in the bathroom so this was an excellent change! The bathroom was beautiful! All around great hotel!」

「Key card couldn't open outside door making it hard to unload luggage. Had to drive around property to get front desk clerk to open. Found 2 live bugs on carpet. Carpet unclean due to maintenance workers.」

「The grounds are very pleasant. I needed to change original room due to very strong musty smell as well as super strong varnish odor. Owners were very quick to offer another room. So I do feel satisfied with that. Not the cleanest but was very affordable compared to other places in the area. I guess I got what I paid for. But I wouldn’t stay again.」

「The room was clean. The staff tried to make the check-in process as fast as possible. I had Pre-checked in, but the info did not seem to be available at the front desk. Just a little nuisance... The common areas of the hotel need to be refurbished. In the end, it was an adequate room for one person.」

「Room was very clean aside from the bathroom mirror, I had front desk give me a rag & cleaner so I could clean it myself because by the time I checked in at 3pm housekeeping was gone for the day. We had a over all great time. Little bummed the sauna was out of service & breakfast wasn't included but there is a restaurant with 20% off coupon from hotel to use. We chose to not ro use that & just brought our own breakfast, dinner & snacks!」

「We had a wonderful stay! The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the sheets were soft. The staff was so welcoming and helpful, they met each of our needs with a smile. Breakfast was simple, but sustainable with hot and cold options. Would definitely stay again if back in the area!」

「I feel bad giving this review as it seems like a family is trying to run this place and they were very nice but in way over their heads. Our room smelled terrible including the bathroom smelling like urine. The owner was very accommodating and switched rooms. The place had a dank smell, areas smelled like cigarettes, and hallways needed to be vacuumed. In the rooms the furniture was old, broken with no hardware on the dressers, no coffee maker in lobby, and had to request toilet paper in the...

「They are in the middle of updating I guess. When we got there we had to wait about 30 mins or so because they were still working on our room. Then they were going to give us a room without a key so we would have to go to the office to get their key. After waiting all the time they decided the room still wasn’t ready so they gave us a different room in the middle building which there was a huge spider web across the whole entrance that I don’t see and I have a fear of spiders and had to strip...
