The room was nice. Clean, spacious and comfortable. The breakfast and the bar were great. Staff very accommodating. Got a 10% discount on a sports coat I bought across the street because I was staying at the industrialist. That was a nice perk (spent all the money at the bar). I would stay again for sure.

This historic hotel building is well located in downtown. The conversion into a hotel was well done, and appointments are of high quality. The staff are courteous and helpful. My only disappointment was that the room has nearly black walls, which made it feel dark and small.

The Industrialist was an excellent stay. The corner room was beautifully designed and comfortable, with great city views, and the breakfast was particularly enjoyable. A special thank you to the team for the complimentary breakfast coupons. The valet service was also excellent—the app made it easy to request the car in advance, so it was ready with virtually no waiting. Overall, a very smooth and enjoyable stay.

Beautiful and unique hotel in a perfect location. The hotel is within walking distance of everything in Downtown Pittsburgh and close to the bridge to walk to the north shore. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here when we are in town.

It’s a nice and convenient place to stay! Rooms are spacious enough- one time I stayed in a king room with a lovely ensuite bathroom. This most recent time I stayed in a king room but the bathroom was one of those situations where the sink and shower are just kind of randomly in the room and the toilet was behind this really strange sliding barn door. It wasn’t totally clear from the booking that we were getting the worse bathroom setup this time.

The property is excellent! However, if you are on a lower level floor the noise from the street makes it hard to sleep at night. There are complementary earplugs in the room, but I do not enjoy sleeping with earplugs in!

The room was nice and clean and location convenient but there was really minimal service here and everything took a long time (including getting our car, eating at the restaurant - and the food was really terrible). It’s a bare bones hotel - very little staff. No offer to help with bags

Very stylish hotel that is close to many attractions. Walking distance to restaurants and other venues. Upscale vibe the minute you walk in and see the marble lobby by the elevators. Bedding was luxurious.

Great downtown location with easy parking garage right around the corner. It can get noisy at night. Rooms are small and AC units were loud when working, also no ventilation fan in the bathroom. Staff are friendly and nice. There some sketchy people hanging around the area but police station is close by so give you the sense of safe.
