"Upon arrival and checking everything out in the room, I was pleasantly surprised to find actual poop stains on my sheets. When I called down to the front desk, the phone rang once, was picked up, then was hung up on. This happened twice before I went down to the front desk in person. The woman at the front desk was talking on her phone and acted as if I was bothering her while she was at work. I showed her the picture of the stains and she hardly cared, and continued talking to someone beside her. After waiting for her to finish her very conversation, she offered to upgrade my room but I was so disgusted with the entire experience that I asked for a refund and left. The only positive experience out of this was Expedia getting my money back."
