「This property exceeded my expectations, they have created an extremely modern environment whilst being sensitive to the history of the old building, it has been cleverly adapted and sits in beautiful gardens near to the loch and just on the outskirts of the town, I thought given its luxurious feel it represented really good value for money, the staff were great and the breakfast was fantastic, they even had the convenience of 2 EV chargers which were useful for me」

「Our room was exceptionally clean and attractive. The modern bathroom had both a bath and walk in shower. The dinners were excellent and used local produce. Breakfast was delicious and cooked to order. Staff were friendly and very attentive.」

「Top notch customer service both in hospitality and restaurant, I don't know what they are rated but it felt like we were staying in a 5 star hotel and restaurant for sure! They really want to make sure everything is comfortable for you. I would definitely recommend staying here. Pitlochry town is really adorable too and it's within easy walking distance from the hotel.」

「The hotel doesn’t have an elevator. I stayed on the first floor. Actually, there is a corridor between the first floor and the carpark with a few steps only. However, the receptionist didn’t told me about that. She simply told me to carry the luggages through the normal entrance and go up one floor “ONLY” . No help had been offered and she clearly knew I got a car. Nowadays, it is not usual asking the lady customers to carry the luggages going upstairs 」

「Overall clean, comfortable and great location. Wasn’t advised before arrival that evening meals are no longer served however you can dine at the sister hotel with a 10% discount. Also after standing in a queue at reception (for a drink from the bar) for around 10mins getting to the front and told by the receptionist that she couldn’t serve me, she was the only one working and had to see to those checking in first and asked me to come back later!!!!!!」
