「Sophie was outstanding!!!! The room she gave us was simply perfect. Loved the decor. Pinball downstairs was so fun. The breakfast basket every morning started my day with the biggest smile. That extra effort was amazing. The only recommendation I would have would be a fan and an in room safe. Thank you so much for everything. You are our new Asheville hotel! 」

「We stayed one night in the room #222 (King suite) in this beautiful Lodge and we liked a lot spacious and nice lobby area, beautiful backyard with a small waterfall hidden among trees, surrounding territory, and our spacious King suite with comfortable furniture. We noticed small problem in the bathroom: in one place on the ceiling above the tub paint was peeling away revealing black spot (I'm afraid it was black mold). We told about this problem to the hotel worker and stressed that it must be...
