「We stayed in one of the anex rooms and it was an extre step to check in to the main office and then walk over and figure out all the entry codes. But once that was settled it was great. The room was beautiful with tall painted ceilings and windows. It was right in the middle of old town with a ton of restaurants and shops. I’d definitely stay again.」

「The shower was way too small, I could barely fit inside and it was really uncomfortable to take a shower. Staff didn’t spoke more than Italian so it was hard to communicate. We had a discussion at breakfast time because they already removed the food 30 minutes before breakfast time ends and initially they didn’t want to give us breakfast, at the end they did buy it was not nice, the experience neither the how we were treated. Besides that the room was clean, nice and comfortable.」

「The location was excellent. It was very well maintained. There is a kitchenette if you are inclined to cook. It also has a washer and dryer which was handy. Luigi provides all essential amenities. He was very responsive with any inquiries. I would definitely recommend and would stay there again. Our stay was fantastic. 」

「Veronica from the lobby contacted us and met us at the hotel. The lobby is one flight up stairs. She carried my wife's bag up. The rooms are huge and newly refurbished with modern fixtures. The hotel is situated in a wing of an old monastery and some historical architectural elements have been preserved. The hotel is close to the Duomo, restaurants, and the architectural museum. Taxi pickup and dropoff worked well.」
