「The room was dirty, when I arrived I pulled back covers. I found hair and unidentifiable stains on the sheets. I request and received clean sheets. I took pictures of the stains and hair. The next morning I wake up to bugs crawling in the bath tub, I put them in a container and presented it to the staff. The young lady was helpful and kind. I went about my day. 「The front deck person was incapable of communicating. When asked a question, he didn't answer at all. The rooms were filthy, especially the bathroom. The tub had not been scrubbed in months.」
