The room was generally clean and nice, and it smelled fine, the ONLY teason it did not get 5 stars was a dirty towel on the bathroom floor. It was odd, the rest of the room was very clean though.

We stay here every year for the Polar Express. The rooms are always clean, comfortable, and at a fair price. The included breakfast at the diner is a perk we always look forward to!

PRO: The staff was very friendly. CON: The floor was very dirty and needed to be clean. If you walked on it in sock feed or barefooted the bottom of your feet turned black. The AC never cooled the room off the entire time we were there. Worst of all the bed bugs had infested the room so bad that we could not stay there. We left the Inn about 10:30pm and went to another place to stay.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. Property was older but updated and very clean. The included breakfast was very good and had several choices. The Bird’s Nest cafe on the property was a very nice local place. Good food and friendly staff. We enjoyed our stay at this BW very much.

Quaint Gem

This hotel was clean and comfortable. It needs a little updating. But it has been maintained. Restaurant breakfast included was a nice touch. I would stay again.

We have never stayed at a Best Western before. This was a unique hotel. The free breakfast was actually at a local cafe that was on the grounds and it had a quaint local vibe, food was good, service was excellent.

Friendly Staff

Friendly, helpful staff as I was new to the area. My questions were answered and helpful tips were given to me. I will defintely return there. My room was clean and comfy and well stocked with coffee, and shampoo and lotion and soap and the remote was in the room. Yaaay

1st. room a\c didn't work on a 100 degree day, 2nd. moved to another room, couldn't get card to work 3rd. move to this room and the a\c did work...GREAT!!! Then there were crickets everywhere and in the room...would I go back there NOPE!!!!

As a divorced mother I travel frequently with kids back and forth to their fathers and we are always looking for some place clean and safe for us to stay. Its harder to find places who have a place to comfortably sleep 6. We found a room that has 3 beds! I will say the building in not anything special from the outside. Looks older. Nothing updated. The room was basic but clean. Only bigs I saw was the pile of dead flies in the window over the air conditioner. It didnt have any odd smells. It was very clean except for the dead flies. The bedding had worn holes in it, including the pillowcases. But was crisp, white and clean. Just needs to be replaced. But Id rather have cleanliness over new bedding! The best surprise of all was the free breakfast was at a diner in the parking lot! Im used to maybe a cold continental breakfast. Maybe a Texas waffle if its fancy lol. But a full breakfast of eggs, sausage, grits, english muffin and hot coffee was surely a surprise to be included in our price! Just please I beg you, please tip your waitress!! She was amazing and didnt treat the hotel guests with vouchers any different. I will be back!!

Nice Room, Amazing Staff and Great Breakfast!!

My stay was great once it was worked out. I called 2 days prior to my trip to make sure I could be booked in a downstairs room. I was told that my room was changed to a downstairs room and it was not a problem at all to accommodate that request. When I arrived on Friday I was not in a down stairs room. The very kind lady working had to changey room again to a downstairs but there were changes that had to be made as I booked a king room. When I drove around to my room there was no parking and as a female traveling alone it is unnerving to park and walk across the parking lot to a room in the middle of several men hanging out on a Friday night enjoying their night. Luckily she realized that there was another room available closer to the office. I appreciated her very much for moving me to a location where it was quiet as I had to be up early and really wanted to sleep. I know working men deserve a night to relax after a long week and have a good time, but I was exhausted and didn't want to have to deal with trying to sleep while they were having a good time. So it worked out due to the amazing staff paying attention to the fact that I traveled alone and the location of the room that I was given wasn't ideal. You can never be too safe these days. Oh and breakfast at the cafe was amazing. Service was quick and good was home style cooking good.

A very nice place to stay.

Our stay was good no noise issues and pool was nice. Everything worked good. Everything was clean. Mattreses were a bit stiff but didn't hurt my sensitive back, a pluss. Nice area where I could work at. Staff was very friendly.
