「The room looked like the pictures with very few blemishes. The only problem we had was the head board was seemingly detached from the bed and the door was hard to close. The amenities were almost non existent. For the amount of the rooms, paying to use outdated washer and dryers were a major turn off. But if this is local owned or small investor, I would say - just make it a provided service for free or non at all...especially if you can't provide quality equipment.」

「This was not a pleasant stay. It will super loud and the staff was not helpful at all. The breakfast was cramped and small. Not a good selection and too many people taking up everything. The room had thin walls so noise was an issue when trying to sleep. Would not go back to this place. Arkansas was great but pick a better place to stay.」

「Service was definitely lacking. Breakfast was slim, cold and utensils/bowls had to be asked for. Room was ok, had to ask for towels daily. The view from our balcony room was the only thing I can give a 10 rating on. Stay at your own risk.😕」

「For a fresh remodel I think need to back in and redo it all. Gym needs a huge update and swimming pool handle to climb out was not secure. Charles was amazing person to talk too」

「The breakfast offerings and coffee were nearly depleted by the time I got to the lobby around 8 AM. The Breakfast was supposed to be from 6-9 AM so it was disappointing to say the least. The room was clean. I thought it interesting that the sole ice machine was in a locked room accessible via room card. Didn't realize that petty ice thievery was rampant in Hot Springs.」

「Not a great visit. The cost was more than some of the other nicer hotels and air b&b’s that we stayed at on our family trip. There was left over hair in our tub drain from a previous stay or stays, who knows. Not to mention there was used gum stuck on the inside of the lamp shade. Also, the tub didn’t hardly drain. We stayed two nights, because that’s what we had booked. We let the front desk know about the issues the next morning, and we think they had someone come by to look at the drain while...
