"Eric was very helpful. I had a problem come up that was unrelated to the Hotel room, but rather parking specific. He was able to assist me with it and it was very much appreciated. When the folks at the front desk are able to resolve problems for you, it makes you feel like you are valued as a customer. I cannot say enough about that. Eric was top notch! As for the stat itself, the room was very nice and clean and the bed was comfortable. The location is great because you are right next to the highway and there’s a Tim Hortons about 2 minutes down the road. There’s also a McDonalds a CircleK and a BK within walking distance. Overall, I’d rate it 10 out of 10 for all those reasons."

"I brought my granddaughters to stay here for a concert and the location was perfect. The beds were very comfortable and clear of bed bugs. (I always check) The hotel could use some paint as there’s some paint peeling on the ceiling and walls. Overall, we had a great experience. "
