「There was no one at the desk at check in, about 7 PM. I waited 5 to 10 minutes before someone showed up. After an 8 hour drive, that was not appreciated. 」

「Beautifully renovated near interstate...parking was a bit confusing as to the entrance...make sure you enter thru the 1st entry at the Comfort Inn entrance and immediately turn left in front of the building and continue till you see the RRI which sits back a bit...staff ULTRA friendly and helpful.」

「I would have like to have been able to swim in the pool. I asked before I booked and was told that the pool would be opened. Unfortunately, this did not happen. There was also construction or remodeling going on in the building. I would have liked to know this in advance as well. Had I been privileged to accurate information, I would have made another choice.」

「The property is lovely. Despite being told it was heated, the pool was not heated. (I did not find this out - until after checking the temperature with my hand, and asking the concierge/ front desk to turn up the temperature. Only then did they find out by calling maintenance that the pool heater was not working). There was no mention of when it would be fixed -if ever. 」

「This was the most disgusting hotel room I've ever encountered, the floor was sticky, the bedding smell. I couldn't even sleep in it, she seemed to be malfunctioning. It was either too hot or too cold, it was shampoo soap, and "boywash" in the shower that was hopefully mislabeled. It was incredibly noisy, and there were bugs crawling around in the room. I could go on my own, but I think you get the picture.」
