「Amazing! Very well maintained heritage building. Extremely friendly and helpful staff Uma!
They use a pulley to pull luggage to upper floor - fun to watch and practically useful.
Complimentary breakfast was tasty. The lunch and drinks at the cafe were also tasty and clean, we enjoyed a lot when hiding from the hot sunshine at noon time.
Side note: stairs are steep due to traditional design, maybe challenging for elderly. Expect to take off shoes before going upstairs to room. Not a concern for...

「Staff are helpful and friendly and close to the attraction. Lots of restaurant is nearby.
Something can be improved, the WIFI some sometimes is not working when in the room and no USB plugin on the bedside.

「The hotel is very new, colourful and lively. Nice location right behind the Eastern oriental hotel, good access to food and main street. Hotel equipped with 24 hours indoor swimming pool and gym and good enough for some exercise.
One turn off is the view from the room, we were assigned for a room in inner section of the hotel which basically facing the wall and window of the opposite room. I think the front desk can do better as the outer room facing the street are mostly empty. 」

「2015年7月入住了兩晚Courtyard Duplex ，沒有絲毫的違和感，正是符合我們心目中的home away from home，家裡面的兩個小孩也很喜歡柚樂園，無論是在房間裡的客廳，或是一樓公共的空間，我們都覺得很自在很舒適，尤其是出遊晚上回來，推開厚實的大門，迎接我們的是幾盞溫暖壁燈，真的有回到家的溫暖。民宿主人的用心值得細細去品味，是很有美感的住宿經驗。主廚Naresh為我們兩天準備了不同型態的早餐，也考慮了小孩的不同飲食需求，做了些許的變化，很貼心的款待。

「I had a really nice four night stay at this hotel! The staff were accommodating and friendly, and my room was big and comfortable, and it had a huge bed. The pool was awesome with a nice view. I ate at the restaurant twice ... the food was just okay. The location is perfect for walking around Georgetown. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this place if you’re in the area!」
