Lovely hotel in Georgetown

Excellent hotel in a nice central location. Easy access to sights in Georgetown. Lovely traditional style building with some nice features. Staff at reception were always very friendly and helpful.

Well maintained historical themed hotel.

Very convenient location to explore historical George Town. Hotel has a historical theme and is very well maintained. The breakfast is basic but good with local dishes.

It is a beautifully renovated, small hotel in the heart of the UNESCO heritage area of Georgetown, within walking distance to lots of dining options and interesting sites. The staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast and the small gift were lovely too. We thoroughly enjoyed our brief stay. Thank you!

It was ok…old hotel in the heart of Georgetown. Staff were great in efforts to make you comfortable while staying there. Beds a little hard and staying in the old town is maybe good for a night but we stayed 3 nights.

What a Charm, beautiful boutique hotel. It has a total of 8 rooms, spacious, clean and comfortable. In the centre of the old George Town. Walking distance to attractions, lots of restaurants nearby. Breakfast is simple but enough. Don't miss it, highly recommended

We had a great stay. Breakfast is simple but delicious. Tharan was really helpful. Make sure you ask for a map and street guide. You won't disappoint.

Good hotel and nice location. The room is big and I like the free breakfast too. Within walking distance to many eatery and it’s in the UNESCO area so nice to walk around The room comes with a big king size bed,chairs, table, wardrobe and coffee tea making facility. Downside is not many channels to choose from, the bed is a little hard and room is very dusty. When I go into my bed, I can see lots of dust flying around. Bathroom and amenities are good. AC is good and cold. Overall a good hotel but because of the bed may not stay again.

This was a cute, rustic, safe hotel right in the middle of historic Georgetown. We ordered a ride through the hotel which never came. Everything was fine at the hotel except wifi was terrible. I spoke to the front desk and they have 4-5 wifi you can tap into but in the 36 hours we were there two of us could never get on. So if you're planning on wifi, it's not recommended here. Our room was smaller than an average small hotel we are used and it accesses the lobby/dining area. Maybe not for a long stay but otherwise everything else was fine.

Location is great but the bed was uncomfortable. The mattress was HARD not just firm and the pillows had no support. Breakfast was cold and lacking. But the location is great to walk around Georgetown.
