"Everything perfect except for the fact that reception is only open morning and late afternoon. Great ski locker downstairs, pool, sauna, laundry, cleanness, spacious room, location pretty close to gondolas and not far from supermarket(s) so all in all worth for the price I paid via Expedia (around 600 euros per week...direct prices are higher). "This was a lovrly family hotel a short walk from the town of Saint Gervais les Bains and the ski area. The owners were friendly and helpful anc the breakfast perfect for setting you up for a day on the slopes Highly recommended"

"They had really nice soap. And i liked the woman who greeted us. Check in and out was fast, easy. It was our perfect one night stopover between France and Italy for the Mont Blanc tunnel."

"Be careful booking this location the room and resort were great but our building was under separate ownership which meant it was fully self catered the there were no towels no sheets for the beds only the duvet and pillows which were stained and not pleasant to sleep on. We found a cockroach in one of the kitchen appliances and there was no way of getting service from reception as they had nothing to do with the building/room. Be careful staying here "

"The residence is in a quiet peaceful location reached via a windy hillly road. In the 4 nights we stayed in early September, we saw, from the large windows of our rooms, clear views of the hills and mountain, starry nights, misty cloudy views and even a lightening show. All spectacular. The two rooms were spacious enough and clean to our liking, affordable, the staff friendly and Chamonix a half hour drive away. "
