We wanted an early check in but they couldn’t accommodate and said they would charge us to check in an hour early. That was inconvenient. Other than that the stay was comfortable and convenient.

Kind staff. Hotel should advise that there is no elevator for those with mobility issues. Notification ahead of time regarding parking would also be helpful.

Exceeded expectations!
Pleasantly surprised about the experience at the Hotel Le Coeur des Neiges! Super friendly welcome from the great check-in guys. Nice and cosy lobby/lounge area. Beautifully decorated room with a big and comfortable bed. Clean and modern bathroom. Strong wifi. Amazing views from the window. Superb breakfast room and options. Service throughout was fabulous. Very close from the restaurants and 15 minutes walk from the ski gondola (shuttle departs every 15 minutes from the tourism office, 3 minutes away).

Hôtel très sympa, bien reçu, chambre vraiment trop petite pour le prix et vraiment trop chaud avec radiateurs éteints, on a dû ouvrir la porte fenêtre.
