Ottima posizione

L'albergo si trova in una posizione ottima per tutto e soprattutto se si vuole prendere il tramway per mont chalat e vedere il ghiacciaio, si raggiunge anche il centro in pochi minuti. La struttura è tenuta molto bene, ha tutto ciò che serve per godere di un'ottimo soggiorno ma migliorerei due cose: il servizio pulizie in camera, non tanto per la pulizia della stessa quanto per l'approssimazione del servizio di un albergo a 4 stelle. Faccio due esempi: due giorni su 4 ho trovato attrezzi delle pulizie in bagno, si sono scusati e se li sono venuti a riprendere ma io li ho trovati li; un giorno non avevamo messo le tazze pulite ed ho trovato quelle sporche ancora li nonostante le pulizie fossero finite e non avevano nemmeno rimesso i caffè, anche qui si sono scusati ma siamo dovuti andare a chiedere. Seconda cosa: la spa. In realtà c'è solo la sauna, l'idromassaggio e una piccola ma piccola piscina accanto ed una sempre molto piccola esterna. Non avrei chiamato l'albergo "Hotel & Spa"...infatti è così piccola che bisogna prenotare qualche giorno prima l'ingresso e puoi stare solo 1 ora in totale; e perchè visto che era tutto bagnato ed io ho lasciato l'accappatoio da cambiare non me ne hai lasciato uno pulito per il giorno dopo quando avevo un'altra prenotazione? Magari in dotazione ce ne è solo uno a soggiorno a persona ma visto che hai la sua e la piscina non dovrebbe essere così. Insomma si perdono in questi dettagli che per un 4 stelle a mio avviso sono importanti!

Content de notre séjour, la chambre était spacieuse et très propre. Nous avons apprécié la taille de la salle de bain. L'hôtel est très calme malgré que nous étions juste a côté de la réception et de l'ascenseur. Le restaurant était très bon. Le spa était très bien avec peu de monde du fait qu'il fallait réserver son créneau (une dizaine de personnes par heure) c'était très agréable. Beau séjour dans cet hôtel

Lovely hotel and spa - clean, nice rooms, bar and live music on one day we were here… One thing I would mention is that for late arrivals, please help arrange a taxi for guests coming from the train station in addition to providing information about places to eat after 9:30-10pm. We were led to believe by reception there were no restaurants open after 10pm hour but later discovered the entire village with options including take out pizza late night. Looks like a training opportunity for reception staff…

Weekend Ski Trip

The hotel was in a great location and had basic amenities for a weekend stay. It is called out as a spa hotel and the facilities are quite small and some basics were not provided in the rooms that I’d expect at a place calling itself a hotel and spa (like body lotion), but the bed itself was comfortable, the balcony view nice and clean. I did have treatments in the spa which were fine but the jacuzzi, pool and sauna were very small and not the most relaxing. Also, I had booked a triple room and it was very very crowded so would not suggest for more than 2 people.

Disappointing Customer Service

I honestly don’t understand how this hotel has received such high ratings, who is writing these reviews, or where other hotel guests have stayed at before. Our experience was anything but wonderful. A basic training in customer service would be enough to resolve most of the issues we encountered. Our four-day stay was absolutely average, with poor customer service from the reception team. Check-in was quick but completely uninformative. We had booked two Superior rooms, received two sets of keys, and were simply pointed toward the lifts. The receptionist showed no interest in telling us anything about the hotel unless we specifically asked questions. The first morning, I woke up looking forward to a cup of coffee with a view of the mountains—only to find that my coffee machine didn’t work. It was plugged in but completely unresponsive. Having spent the last 15 years frequently staying in hotels, I know how to operate a coffee machine. After some investigation, it seemed that the fuse had blown, as nothing worked when plugged into that particular outlet. I tested the kettle in a different plug, and it worked fine, confirming that the issue was with the outlet, not the machine itself. I called reception, and a staff member came quickly but was unable to fix the issue. She said she would send a technician and asked if I would like a replacement machine. I told her I was heading to breakfast and would appreciate it if the issue could be r

Ski trip

Ski trip with my family. Stayed for 5 nights and found it very convenient for Saint Gervais ski and eateries. Hotel is in a quiet location too so slept well. Only real issue was that the bar wasn’t open We’d and Thurs during our stay. Reception staff were very good.
