"Even though I had prepaid I knew I wasn’t going to stay the night in this dump. I requested a refund and was told in barely understandable English “no refunds”. A family (families?) were living in the lobby which was strewn with dirty clothes and garbage. The room was filthy and looked like it had been decorated with Goodwill rejects, as were the sheets. I’ve disputed the charge with my credit card company. I had decided I’d rather eat the $75 than stay here. Shame on Hotels.com. The online pics couldn’t be more deceptive of this extremely ran down property."

"Bed and pillows comfortable. Hot shower plenty of towels. Large desk and tv and charging docks. Clean, not perfect finishes, highly perfumed cleaning products. Only there for one night, traveling through. Very economical."

"Staff was nice.I had check in issues that lasted over an hour to get checked in to my room. Troy only has a few places to stay, we were here overnight for a Softball camp. The property is clean on the outside, front desk very nice, breakfast was good, rooms ok. Lamps had alot of dusk on them, both beds had this metal piece sticking out, but one was just way worse than the other. Room nice size. Hot Water issues on Sunday when getting ready to check out, fixtures had rust stains and tub has some rust stains also.The breakfast was above average bacon, omelets, waffles, etc... Property has a pool and office space. #tiktokgo #hotelreviews "
