「I was told that I had to make and pay for a room before the lady could let me in. Being a trucker i don’t have the time of energy to go back and forth. I booked through Expedia and she said she saw my reservation. She then opened the door and i giver her my identification. She then proceeded to charge my card again for more than I paid through Expedia along with a incidental hold. I would not have known she did that if my bank didn’t send the notification. 「Great hotel. They are currently doing renovations but this did not affect us on the 2nd floor. Room was very clean and updated. Bed was comfortable. Only bad thing was the water pressure was poor which made for longer shower times. Staff was very nice and helpful. Parking lot was well lit. This was our second time to stay here and we would stay again.」

「A wonderful hotel. The rooftop restaurant is outstanding with great food and great views over the campus. Highly recommend this hotel. The staff was excellent, the room very comfortable and the location is excellent, right across from the campus and a block from Toomers.」

「We got the jacuzzi room and besides having a water spot where someone before us spilled water out of the tub, it was such a wonderful experience. We wanted to relax and we were able to! Our only issue was the cleaning lady was at the desk while we were in the lobby and arguing and complaining to the guy at the desk (? Owner). It was a bit awkward. Other than that, for an older place it was pretty good.」
