「Our stay wa very nice. The sisters who run the property are so nice and so helpful with any questions we had. Breakfast was a feast and so good! Parking is a little difficult as you come into the property through a main parking lot, but they sort it all out and make sure you get a spot to park. I would absolutely recommend staying here and would stay here again!」

「This hotel is AMAZING!! Best one we stayed at during our trip around Europe. The service is honestly 6 stars. They are so on top of everything. The hotel itself is stunning and very spacious. They also have the most incredible spa facility that us truly a hidden gem so pack a bathing suit. It’s free for hotel guests to use and it’s unlike anything I had ever seen. Super easy to get over the water to Bellagio so I would for sure stay here again. In my oppinion, it was the nicest hotel in Como....

「Great comma and warm welcome when we arrived. The place is well maintained and outside manicured. Mary was helpful throughout our stay. Our suite had fantastic vista with private balcony with furniture to sit out comfortably. Bed, pillows were soft and comfortable. Room clean as was the bathroom / shower. Breakfast was continental with variety of cooked eggs. Tasty. It was a bit of a walk to the town but after a few trips was invigorating. It takes 18 minutes. 」

「Euro 180 is charged for private boat trip but no English speaking guide, no welcome drink or fruit basket in room considering 5 star and nearly 500 euro rate! Breakfast is good. Gym room is opened 9 or 10am, not designed for morning excercise purpose! Room reserved considered to be garden view but in actual, funny hotel back of house view! No show for one room, no consideration for partial refund or extend for future use- waste!」

「If you are traveling with a car, this hotel would be a great one for visiting Milan/Southern Switzerland. Everything is perfect, it looks like newly renovated with spacious rooms. We arrived the hotel very late, around 9:30pm, while the restaurant still opens and the quality of food is good. We will definitely visit again.」

「The property was lovely and so nice to stay so close to the lake but also be a 2 minute walk removed from the lake walk. The hotel staff were very helpful and let us check out the evening before so we did not need to rush the morning of our departure to return the keys. 」
