「We stayed for 5 nights. The mananger was super-professional in solving problems for guests, staff are mostly warm and helpful. Location is about 10km from town, however not inconvenient at all as hotel arranges free tuktuk for transportation. The drivers were patient enough to wait for you no matter how long you spend in town. Food was great, even better than most restaurant in town or around Angkor Wat area. Clean, quiet place to stay for a vacation. You can see the stars clearly.」

「I stayed for 11 nights, and the place was very clean and cozy. It feels luxurious. Having a washing machine was a big win. The staff are very kind, and the security made me feel safe. They helped with everything I needed and delivered whatever I asked for. Two things to note: there aren’t many kitchen items, but if you ask, they’ll bring what you need. Also, in the shower, lower water pressure gives hotter water. Overall, it was perfect! Definitely will stay again if I come back to Siem Reap」

「We stayed at The Heritage Courtyard for one night and honestly wished we had booked a longer stay. We arrived at 2:40 PM, and the check-in was quick and friendly. While waiting, we relaxed in the peaceful courtyard surrounded by tropical plants, which immediately made us forget the busy streets outside. 「What a truly wonderful experience! We booked in for a whole week here for my 50th birthday and to see Angkor Wat - it was such a great decision. Slightly outside of town, we were able to completely cut off from the chaos and heat of Siem Reap and the temples and truly relax here. With a pool big enough to accommodate multiple groups of visitors, the staff went above and beyond to help us. From breakfast in the morning, to snacks in the afternoon and being greeted ‘welcome home’ every evening...

「I think the hotel is not worth the price. The hotel is lack of facilities, only a pool with restaurant and a minibar. Moreover, the housekeeping service is horrible. I suspect those staff didn't replace the bed sheet coz I found it not tidy. More than that, the housekeeping guy took the sleepers away and didn't replace it with a new one. When I ask them to gimme a sleeper, they gimme a jandal instead and none of the staff understands what I want. And finally I come to reception and tell them...
