our stay here was nothing but amazing! all the staff were very attentive and friendly. we kindly got given an early check in too. rooms were modern and VERY spacious and clean. location is good, bar/shop/massage and scooter rental were all opposite and the main street was less than a 10 min walk

Very Happy

I have stayed at this property twice now in a pool access room and will return on future visits. Service was amazing and Hotel was exactly what I needed. The breakfast was very good will a good variety of foods. I made the most of happy hour and enjoyed my room by the pool. The staff could not have been more helpful and I felt acknowledged each time I would walk through reception area. I can highly recommend Chanalai Hillside Resort. I was with my good friend on her first visit to Phuket and she thoroughly enjoyed the Resort and the location of the Hotel. Everything we need was closely. Well done Chanalai Hillside and thank you so much for an enjoyable stay.

Excellent resort hotel if you prefer not too busy area. Walkable distance from restaurants and shops. 900 meters from beach. Note there is heavy traffic going to other areas such as Patong, Kata Beach.

Blood stained sheets that you have to ask twice to be changed, shower that doesn’t regulate its temperature (so you’ll be freezing and burning within 10 seconds) and meat cooked on the same pan as vegan/vegetarian food - with no cleaning in between! Absolutely would never visit again. The only upside this hotel has is its location.
