"Located in the top of the mountains The French chateau village or accomodation is a very good concept A lot cooler than in the city Nice breeze and beautiful walking around at night Felt safe The food at night is limited to buffet style Majority of daytime shops and restaurants are closed by 5pm One thing that I note Favouritism occur if you can speak Vietnamese As foreigners you get a little bit of attitude We had problem with our wifi and u get the chateau or accomodation that I far away from the central hub. These are given to the local tourist group. If u don’t mind the crowds then Bana hills is one of the perfect get away in Vietnam"

"Fantastic , beautiful uber luxurious resort hotel in a private stretch of coast encompassing two other hotels located on the golden sands north of LangCo . We stayed for 6 nights at the end of a tour of Vietnam and it was pretty near perfect . While isolated from the hustle and bustle of central Vietnam for us it was a great place to relax and unwind. Our beach front jacuzzi pool villa was absolutely wonderful with lots of Banyan Tree class and style . We ate at all the restaurants but liked Azura for lunch and Saffron for dinner especially . The spa service was sublime. For Europeans the value given where you are staying is terrific and while very expensive for the region was well under half the price of a top beach resort in Europe this summer . We would love to come back . Two small observations , the service was generally delightful but at times was a little too intrusive and bordered on suffocating . In their effort to please they need to rein it in just a little bit . Also while the beach is pristine at the hotel, walk 300 m and there were a few too many plastic bottles washed up . It is such a special place please keep it immaculate. Thank you Banyan Tree and to Jennie our host for a superb end to our holiday . Good bye and thank you Vietnam !"

"While the hotel is right on the beach, the extreme indoor humidity seriously affected our stay. Due to the dampness, there were visible signs of mold and a strong musty odor in the room. The bedding felt constantly damp and uncomfortable to sleep on. Severe mold issues like this can pose real health risks, especially for respiratory infections. I strongly urge management to address the ventilation and humidity control to improve room condition and guest safety."

"Gorgeous property. A true 5 star. Stayed in a 2 bedroom Villa with pool. Beautiful rooms and bathrooms. We didn't end up using our pool because it was shaded and the water temp was too cold. The main pool was warm and not crowded so we lounged there most of the day. Joined 2 yoga classes with Div and would recommend them. Ate at all the restaurants and food was very good. The staff were welcoming and very helpful."

"An absolutely beautiful property with exceptional service from start to finish. The attention to detail is phenomenal in every aspect by the designer, from the stunning designs and architecture to the overall guest experience. I highly recommend upgrading your package because you’ll never want to leave the property. The dinners were excellent, with great quality and variety. One tip: make dinner reservations as early as possible if you’d like one of the private dining rooms or the hanging tables with the incredible views—they’re definitely worth it!"
