The overall condition of the hotel was good. The rooms are more renovated than the halls. They still have carpet. Rooms do not. The deposit at this hotel is minimal compared to others. Metro Phoenix Extended Stay
It was a place to stay for a night that was semi affordable for valentines night. We booked it to be closer to the area for the renaissance festival. It was clean enough but we could not turn off the light over the stove and the showers leaked. Overall it served it’s purpose.
