Nice outdoor views and location. Staff were less than eager to be helpful. Had some questionable unauthorized charges to room 2 days after checkout and was difficult to track down answers and get reversed.

Hotel Valley Ho
We were overbooked for our first day but Kyle was extremely accommodating with finding us another hotel for the night. Service was great, the spa was amazing, the pool was vwry entertaining, and the food was awesome! Highly recommend staying here when visiting Scottsdale.
