The room was not clean upon arrival, but the staff did send someone to clean eventually. Upon cleaning they took all our stuff because they thought we checked out. We were extremely happy with our room, which was clean and comfortable. All staff was kind, helpful, and courteous! Shout out to Raul, who was Amazing! The grounds/pool were cleaned every morning, but with baseball tournaments in the area it was a difficult task to keep up! No complaints!
