"Room was big, with a kitchenette (which I never used). The AC and wifi worked well. Very comfortable bed. Bathroom shower had NO divider and water went everywhere when I showered I had ants around the bathroom sink, but told reception, and they took care of it. Pool deck is incredibly slippery when wet, which is when anyone used it. Nice looking gym, but my gym days are over. Two free bottles of water per day came in handy for sure. Staff is very nice"

"Rude staff at the front desk. Confusing naming. There are maybe 10 other buildings called Bali in the city. And once you get to the right complex there is no indication that the hotel is hiding at the back of the property. This isn't a particularly great look for a hotel. People that visit a hotel are likely to be there for the first time. The internet connection is completely unacceptable. Less than 1Mbit. Room smelled of smoke. Not happy and I won't be back."

"Our room was an icebox, in all the best ways, especially when it’s 100 outside. Our room was perfect…plenty of space, a soaking tub, couch/sitting area. Staff is wonderful and hotel is walking distance to all the POIs without being in the center of the noise. Pool is beautiful and quiet for wading and relaxing in a daybed by a waterfall. Delicious buffet and alacart breakfast and taxis/tuk tuks on demand. Loved this place, highly recommended "

"Wonderful hotel. The room was very clean. Staff was attentive. Laundry services did not use, but it was available free of charge. Room was already air conditioned when we arrived! Highly recommend!"
