A cash deposit is required upon check-in. Neither the hotel, nor the site’s restaurants, take credit cards. That’s a big inconvenience if you don’t have cash. Finally, overall customer service was poor, given the high standard that other properties maintain.

Water pressure was very low. The hotel couldnt fix the issue. The shower head disintergrated. They do not provide free bottles of water like other hotels. Every bottle of mineral water is USD1.

Great place to stay near the Phnom Penh airport. Great facilities, clean, secure and well kept. The staff is not very friendly our accommodating. The reservation stated there was a free schedule to the airport and that is not true. The taxi ride cost me $10.00, this is twice what a normal service charge should be for Phnom Penh. Also expect to provide a cash $30 deposit that will be returned when you leave.

Very Nice Resort

Super nice resort. Comfortable beds. Golf cart shuttle to take you to and from your room. However would expect a hotel so close to the airport to have a free shuttle.

Tropical and beautiful gardens but....

The air conditioning in the room was not working well. It made a whistling sound. It was to hot to turn off. The lighting in the room is not great . The gym has no air conditioning so you can’t really use it in hot humid weather. Lastly the restaurant was out of most items we wanted......

I must have stayed at the Bali more than 50 times, while working or passing through Phnom Penh, which should say it all. It is quiet, spotlessly clean and all the rooms are spacious and comfortable. I choose it because it is away from the centre and close the airport which suits may needs. It is a small pocket of paradise and a stark contrast to its surroundings. About 30 minutes by Tuctuc or car to the Center of town.
