"We had a wonderful two-night stay at Shangri-La Phnom Penh with our family, and the overall experience was excellent.
From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, friendly, and made us feel very comfortable throughout our stay. Both check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free, which set a great tone for the visit.
The breakfast buffet offered a good variety, although there were no Indian options available by default. When we requested some, the chef and team were very accommodating and kindly prepared delicious South Indian breakfast dishes for us. This thoughtful gesture made our mornings even more special, especially for my mother, who thoroughly enjoyed it.
Our room was cozy, spacious, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable space to relax after a day out. The hotel also features a rooftop bar and restaurant, which adds a nice touch to the overall experience.
Overall, we had a very pleasant and memorable stay at Shangri-La, and we would gladly return in the future."
"Hotel was great staff were awsome. If I have one complaint is when I asked if the could book me taxi to airport they could but the cost is 36 usd far to expensive organized own transport and it was 15 usd and that was with no negotiating I'm sure I could have got even cheaper if used grab app. It's not staffs fault just hotel policy I guess."
"I like that the place was quiet and very clean. The staff was helpful. This is why I book one extend stay while I was there. I also book another stay for next month in July. I have made this hotel my home away from home. Keep up the excellent work."
"The hotel was nice and the room was really spacious. The only minor issue was the hair left in the bathroom shower and on the bathroom floor. The staff were really pleasant and helpful, especially with exchanging dollars for the local currency."
"My stay at Tribe Hotel Phnom Penh was outstanding. The quality of service is truly impressive, with a team that consistently demonstrates professionalism, warmth, and genuine hospitality. The staff were proactive, courteous, and always eager to assist, making the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. The Tribe Phnom Peng sets a high standard for service excellence in Phnom Penh, Cambodia."
"Roomy lots of space. The towels did not smell clean. The direction always take you to the other place gate property. Hard to find . Most drivers can not find this location. Its also near a temple."
"We had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend this place. The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Communication was easy, and everything we needed was provided.
The location was excellent, especially for anyone new to the city. It made getting around simple and provided convenient access to many of the area's attractions, restaurants, and neighborhoods. Overall, a great experience and a perfect home base for exploring the city."
"Lovely boutique hotel in a great location. The staff were really friendly and welcoming.
The only thing to mention is that we were given clean towels daily even though we had hung them up which is not great for the environment."
"This hotel is a hidden little gem! We took a chance based on other reviews and were certainly not disappointed! The rooms were very clean, the staff was very accommodating, and the spa services were next level. If and when we ever return to Phnom Penh, we will definitely return to Baitong. 10/10 would recommend."
