「Nice hotel 」

「Room not that clean. Bathroom fan didn't work. Some mold on bathroom. Smoke alarm went off early in AM. False alarm. Overall property in disrepair. Staff disinterested. First time staying at a Premier Inn and probably my last. 」

「My husband and I had the best experience at the Bulls Head Inn! We loved everything about it—the quaintness of the town, the cleanliness of the inn and our room, and the food and drinks at the pub (the veggie burger was amazing!). The list could go on. The staff were so welcoming, and there was even a beer/bull festival going on the night we stayed, with live music! 「Fantastic over night stay」

「The room was clean and very convenient as it had an external door to the car park. The room was too hot, not helped by the towel radiator which always on. Not needed when the weather outside was 25⁰C. The staff were welcoming and helpful. We had breakfast in the moving of our departure which set us up for the rest of the day.」

「A terrible experience. Very tired hotel and spa facilities. Poor staff, rude and unhelpful. Complaints have taken a week so far to hear anything back. It appears there are a long list of people complaining.」
