「This was a last minute booking as the hotel we were supposed to stay in had been booked for 2026 by mistake (by me!). The room was really cosy, and we were made to feel really welcome in the bar. The continental breakfast was lovely, and hot food was available to purchase if we wanted it. Would definitely stay here again. 」

「We went for a weekend with our cavapoo. TBH had little treat box, dog towel and little sleeping mat. We brought many of our own things but nice to make him feel welcomed. We had a great stay. The staff were incredibly helpful..walking routes, getting us a table for dinner. We had lovely drinks every evening at the bar with a very large fire and our dog with us. 「Booked here for my son’s wedding unfortunately can’t say it all ran smoothly. Firstly we were constantly waiting to be served both in the bars and for breakfast, the only excuse they gave us was they were short staffed not what you want to hear when you’re spending a lot of money on a wedding. Overall the wedding went well and was well organised.」
