「Excellent hotel. Excellent staff. Excellent A++」

「Camera un po’ datata(lenzuolo consumato nel mezzo ma forse non se ne accorto), personale gentile e ristorante molto buono e abbondante . Nel terrazzino non si può accedere perché è infestato da animaletti rossi minuscoli. Parcheggio enorme e ben tenuto esteticamente. Colazione dolce (no salato) ma abbondante . 」

「整个酒店非常古老，感觉是住进了活的历史中，也非常安静，窗外的景色也很有特色工作人员非常热情。但房间的设施太过简单了，电水壶和咖啡机也没有，家具和床也非常旧。」

「This hotel is no where close to a 4 star property! No kettle in the room for tea, when I asked the reception they said I can order tea from room service. Upon check in I asked the receptionist if breakfast was included in our stay and she said yes, during checkout we were told it wasn’t and that we had to pay extra for it. After checking in, we went to our room which was filled with flies, even few dead on the floor. I asked the receptionist if this could be sorted and they sent room cleaning...

「Sono stato due notti e non mi hanno rifatto la camera dopo la prima notte, inoltre il servizio ristorante scarso con la possibilità di scelta tra solo due primi e due secondi. Nota positiva la gentilezza del personale ma troppo poco per giustificare 5 stelle.」

「Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich und wir konnten spät in der Nacht einchecken (Nachtflug). Es gab wohl Missverständnis bei der Buchung. Ich habe für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder gebucht und es war aber nur ein Zimmer vorgewärmt. Das zweite war sehr kalt. Für eine Nacht war für uns ok. 」
