"Hotel has probably seen it’s day. Photo of outdoor pool shown on Expedias website was the draw to stay there. Pool is closed! FALSE ADVERTISING! General staff was very helpful and tried hard to help the guests but we were shocked to wake up to a woman screaming at the top of her lungs berating some poor fellow. Turned out she was someone important in the hotel chain of command, she was sitting in a nice office. Not used to this kind of abuse at full volume and in earshot of everyone who was in the lobby. I heard it from our second floor room! Very reminiscent of the old British sitcom “Fawlty Towers”. Take a pass on this place it’s in the middle of nowhere as well."

"Lovely modern, clean and bright rooms with good coffee. Location is perfect for exploring this lovely town. We had the odd luxury of staying in every room due to an unexpected extension in Potenza and the warmth and kindness of the owners and the community surrounding them during our stay here exceeded any expectation.
